Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We use Broadvoice daily in our business to have calls routed to our cell phones and laptops. We have numerous employees that work remote so rather than having to have a desk phone the calls route to their computers and cell phones. We can text message clients right from the app, and both our clients and I love the feature!

Pros

  • Text messaging clients
  • Quick answer with no lag time
  • Great call quality
  • Caller Id

Cons

  • You may have it now, but can you differentiate ring tones for contacts?
  • We save big time on phone service for all of our remote employees.
It's very simple to use, and if you ever a have a question their customer service is excellent at addressing any concerns or questions you may have.

It really just is convenient for users when they have remote employees. You don't have to have multiple land lines, the service is great, call quality is fantastic.
