Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
Been using Broadvoice as our telecom provider since 2000, we had a legacy PBX system which we upgraded to the bHive system. Very easy to set up a Virtual Receptionist to guide calls to the correct person. One key feautre I really liked is the ability to forward calls based on time.
