  • Being able to refer back to recorded calls has allowed the firm to save thousands by being able to confirm agreements made verbally when there was not something documented physically.
  • Call tracking has given us protections from other firms claiming to not have received communications. We were able to prove who called and when.
  • Broadvoice's Tech Support not only helps resolve tech issues, but they walk you through how to do it yourself should the issue arise again. (If you want that) This has made it so that instead of spending time on the phone for minor issues, we are capable of fixing it quickly with the education provided.

  • Increase in quoting and sales as a direct result of reaching out to people who have left voice mail, or whose name came up on call log.
  • Ability to text will save time and money, as it will allow me to cut back on postage costs and phone time.
  • Better customer experience, as they know I can access their policy whether I am at work or at home if they have an urgent request that needs immediate attention.

  • It's allowed a few remote employees to use their work phone number through their personal phone.

  • The phones with Broadvoice has saved us $10 - $15 a line which is good for our bottom line.
  • We no longer her have to buy phone after phone anymore. When our employees break the phone Broadvoice replaced them quick and no charge.
  • Broadvoice also has wireless headsets that will automatically answer a incoming call. So we can work with both hands. That’s good on Productivity.
  • Over all it a great service at a great cost.
  • Broadvoice allows you to put advertising on hold as well.
  • Their portal is awesome.
