  • When I'm called by other vendors, I just tell them I'm not interested - peace of mind is important
  • Having a provider who stays in the background and let's us get our work done is key

  • Sadly I can't quite gather any hard numbers since my use of the product don't extend into the admin level where I can see everything. I can say that since installing the phone at my desk though, I've been more reachable by other staff and therefore more present with current happenings in the workplace.
  • It took a while to get a line for my desk, so I can compare the before and after very clearly. Communication is like night and day, and any questions or problems other coworkers had that in the past they may have had to deal with themselves, they can now reliably reach me and have a convenient option to. This has improved the relationships between me and others at the workplace.

  • Broadvoice provides a direct ROI for our business by eliminating the need for a full time receptionist, this has saved us $30k+ a year!
  • Broadvoice's platform provides for a user friendly experience for our entire team. We can "self manage" the software due to ease of use, eliminating the need for our IT team to have dedicated personnel for the phones - which saves us $!
  • We have been with Broadvoice for over 10 years and it has made a huge impact on our teams productivity!

  • All I can say is that BV doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Their phone service is great. It's like any other phone service. You wouldn't know the difference.

  • The main reason for choosing Broadvoice was our inability to make outbound calls. Not only was Broadvoice able to give us a temporary number to bypass this issue until we switched, but the issue was resolved completely upon switching services to Broadvoice.

  • Onboarding, compared to previous VoIP providers is a HUGE time saver.
  • Flexibility of call flow with unique settings per extension and an ability to manage that from anywhere is key.
