Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

Main phone system for our two health food stores. We have 5 phones at one location and 7 in our second store.

Pros

  • Clear calls.
  • Great customer service.
  • Ease of installation.
  • Friendly staff.

Cons

  • It would be nice to have a quick programming guide for first time buyers.
  • An option for wall mounts when ordering the telephones.
  • A call back on the third day from a programmer to see what needs to be changed or added.
  • Helps lower our operating expenses by eliminating our phone lines.
  • Replaced old dying phone system.
Still learning how to use all of it and program features.

Excellent phone support and setup. The call was very easy and helpful. I do wish they would have gone over setting up different options more thoroughly though.
