Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We use Broadvoice and our VOIP carrier for everyday phone calls, voicemails, and interoffice communications. The phone interface is very simple and addresses all of our basic needs. The online module is also convenient. Our scope of use is simple since we are a small company. We switched from a T1 circuit line to a VOIP supported by cable internet and haven't had any noticeable quality changes.

- Easy to setup
Cons
- B-Hive Communicator desktop app should have a way to remove the text box when making online calls. I have asked Broadvoice if this was possible, but it isn't
- Reliability

- Broadvoice was the most financially friendly option of the 3 companies that we received quotes from. Our old provider of 20+ years was raising rates constantly before we finally changed to Broadvoice.
Broadvoice is a supported hardware from our 3rd party IT provider. In addition, the cost of equipment and reoccurring monthly costs were very reasonable. I figured if all voice over IPs run off the same internet then why pay more.
