Overall Satisfaction with Bronto Marketing Platform
[It's being used in the] Marketing Dept - allows us to send emails and segment files and acquire emails.
- Fairly easy to edit creative (WYSIWYG format)
- Decent client support; like our account exec and he has been supportive when we have asked for things
- Easy to segment files and create workflow/trigger emails
- I wish it was not volume commitment pricing but pay as you go - difficult to manage strong growth of file with having to calc file volume 12 mos in advance
- I wish it was less list-dependent and instead had a master database that you can segment from
- Experian CheetahMail
It's not really comparable - theirs is an enterprise level solution and I had a full-service account with them. It's apples/oranges.
