Overall Satisfaction with Bronto Marketing Platform
It is being used by our e-commerce department as a tool for customer retention, direct response emails, and SMS. We are beginning to implement cart recovery. We send approx 20 emails a month to 60K contacts.
- Live chat support is quick and (mostly) knowledgeable.
- We expected better integration with BigCommerce. We have been unable to pass order line item data from BC over to Bronto.
- Workflows are a bit confusing. Bronto's UI in general is not very intuitive.
- Bronto's help database isn't indexed well. I am constantly unable to find what I need using search terms. I'm frequently finding 404 links in help docs.
- Email marketing accounts for a large part of our business. We have seen a lift in conversions since we moved from our previous ESP.
- MailChimp and Constant Contact
Bronto is a far more powerful tool and offers the superior customer service and personalized attention to our account that we need.
