Overall Satisfaction with Bronto Marketing Platform
We use Bronto to keep in touch with our clients and make them aware of events and products which are coming up. Our organization specifically uses Bronto just in the marketing department. It addresses the problems we had with keeping in touch, while also being able to categorize our contacts and make sure that the messages specifically address their needs.

- Organization. Some things that you would want to do are very buried in the site.
- Can be frustrating to use, requires quite a few more clicks to create an email and being able to select some things can get quite difficult if you have a lot of elements.

Bronto is way more vast and has a lot more segmentation options than MailChimp. We also selected Bronto because MailChimp was not able to do mobile design. MailChimp does have a better email editor as far as drag and drop goes; if you plan on using HTML in the creation of your emails Bronto would be the better option since MailChimp keeps some of the classes and HTML hidden from the users.
