Overall Satisfaction with BrowserStack
We use the Browserstack platform to test our mobile app on various devices. Browserstack offers plenty of devices which is perfect for remote working. We have tried purchasing real devices before but we're quickly out of date and it's a bit of a nightmare to manage more than a few devices.

Appium is an open-source tool for automating native, mobile web, and hybrid applications on iOS mobile, Android mobile, and Windows desktop platforms. It requires some initial setup and configuration unlike Browserstack which is pretty much ready to go out of the box. Appium is free but we prefer the ease of use and features offered by Browserstack.
