Overall Satisfaction with BrowserStack

I use BrowserStack in every testing scenario. A wide choice of devices, both Android and iOS, which are up to date, help me adjust my testing needs for the device I want to use. This certainly helps me in making the procurement of devices more efficient without having to buy physical devices.

Pros

  • Ease of accessing APK/IPA in the team

Cons

  • The less sensitive cursor clicks on the details area
  • Short session timeout
  • Devtools that always starting status
  • Record Session
  • Capture Screenshot
  • Kill/Uninstall Apps
  • Savings in device procurement budget
  • Budgets can be diverted to more urgent things
  • Effective and efficient at work

In using BrowserStack, the scenario that I really fit is when one of the team members uploads the apk/ipa it will be accessible to all team members, making it easier for team collaboration. Coupled with the Devtools usage scenario, that makes it easier to identify the root of the problem so that the QA can assist in documentation and reporting to Developers.
