Overall Satisfaction with BrowserStack
We use BrowserStack to test how our website looks in different devices and we can make changes accordingly, this helps us to save a lot of revenue as we don't have to purchase multiple devices and check and all we can do it is check everything in a single place, thereby we can use this revenue to invest for other purposes.
Pros
- It is very easy to use.
- Multiple devices support.
- Good Customer support.
Cons
- Free trial time is limited, it should be increased
- Latest devices are added a little late, it should be added fast.
- Sim related feature is only available in team pro plan.
- Lowcode Automation
- Live testing web and app
- Test Reporting and Analytics
- No negative impact.
- It has saved lots of revenue of the organization.
- It is worthy from day 1 itself and ROI can be seen from less than one month.
Challenges like we have to purchase the physical devices to check everything live, which was really costly and also not worthy, because we cannot sold back old electronic gadgets at a profitable price and also the gadget becomes unusable after our testing is done, even if we manage to find someone who have the old device, still we have to pay them to test our website and give us a feedback.
- Live
- App Live
- Automate
- Test Management
- Test Observability
Yes all the products that I mentioned met our organizaions needs. The live feature is very useful specially for the web and the app in mobile with various os is very useful for us. The Automate feature also helped us to save lot of our time. Test Management and Test Observability features are also good.
