Overall Satisfaction with BrowserStack
We use BrowserStack mainly for cross-browser testing and cross device testing for our web and mobile app. As a QA I rely on its real devices to validate UI/UX functionality and responsiveness across various platform without headache of maintaining physical device. it helps us to resolve the issues related to environments setup and test coverage.

This products helped us to do the cross browser testing and cross device testing in all the environments which we needed and also with the help of percy it was easy for us to capture the screenshot and it reduce our time to create the bug reports. helped us to caught the ui issues in early stages
As compared to lambdtest I think the BrowserStack is ahead in terms of UI/UX and the performance and capability for the use of app live and live features.
I think BrowserStack is expensive as compared to lambda test but it performs better.
I think lambda test is confusing for new user who didn't have any idea how to use but in BrowserStack even the new users can easily understand how to use that.
