We primarily use BrowserStack to automate our workflow processes through the no-code automation feature that it provides. The prompts that we give to generate codes are very much simplified. Also, we use the website test management feature of BrowserStack to test the effectiveness of our website. Our Web Accessibility compliance is also greatly improved with the help of BrowserStack.
Pros

- Integration with Slack is there, but integration with Microsoft Teams is not that great
- The dashboards sometimes feel rudimentary which can be improved
- More help materials can be introduced to help first time users
- The visual and textual code validation is a very good feature
- I like the drag and drop capabilities of the test creation module
- The mobile app testing capability feature is also something that I like
