Overall Satisfaction with Budgyt

Our past budgeting system was all in Excel, which caused an enormous amount of labor, data entry, reentry, and often times ended up with errors in formulas and consolidated totals. The Budgyt software has streamlined our budgeting process by providing easily formatted data entry screens, thus reducing errors and labor.

  • Allow the columns on the screen to be adjusted for reading ease
  • Reduction in labor during the budget process
  • Reduction in labor during month-end close
  • Reduction in labor for board reporting
  • Reduction in labor by allowing board members to access the data
With multiple years of data I have not experienced any issues with crunching data and analyzing data for board reporting. This is a robust budgeting software that can handle large amounts of data without slowing down or having to export the data into Excel to massage and manipulate it there.
Budgyt offers complex scenarios that serve all my needs.
I needed a robust integration between QBO and my budgeting software. The reporting is Budgyt will serve our organization far better than those found and available in QBO.

Feature rich. The cloud-based user-friendly interface
integrates easily, streamlines implementation and training, and makes for easy
input and tracking of expenses, shows detail of prior years, while the
reporting tools provide valuable insights into my financial situation. The
ability to customize and create forecasts is instrumental in helping us stay on
track with financial goals. Overall, Budgyt has improved our budgeting process,
reduced labor costs, and helps to avoid keying errors. I highly recommend
Budgyt software to anyone looking for an effective budgeting solution. The
training staff is well versed in the product and has been a joy to work with.
