Overall Satisfaction with Bullhorn Applicant Tracking System

Bullhorn is used for reporting, tracking placements, submissions, resume database and sourcing.

Pros

  • Tracking job orders. Great that the tracking is in great detail: Hot/Cold/Accepting Candidates etc.
  • User friendly reporting tool. The majority of reporting that comes from our staffing dept. is delivered through Bullhorn. (Job placements, recruiter activity, etc.)
  • Great customer service help line. Always quick to resolve issues.

Cons

  • Adding a job to Bullhorn is incredibly time consuming. Having to add the contact with details in order to add a job should not be two separate processes.
  • Ability for each user to change their own password themselves.
  • When used effectively, it is great communication within the team. Especially for our remote employees.
Similar features to other ATS. Bullhorn is more user friendly since the recent changes.
Bullhorn Applicant Tracking System is great at tracking a candidate's processes through the hiring stages.
