Overall Satisfaction with Bullhorn ATS & CRM

We are using Bullhorn ATS across the whole organization for business development, account management, and sourcing/recruiting/pipelining individuals for workflow needs. It helps us stay organized, communicate with each other, and to understand where things are without having to constantly ask someone else since it is all reported and tracked in the ATS.
  • Parsing resume
  • Logging activities
  • User-friendly interface
  • Allows multiple tabs to be open
  • Logs out too frequently if you are on a page sourcing on another website
  • It doesn't always do a good job of recognizing individuals who are already in place and instead it makes new profiles
  • It is difficult to navigate at first. A lot of tools and whatnot, with very little training to understand everything.

  • Tracking and reporting
  • Easy communication across different platforms and organizations within the company

It is a good ATS for Recruiting and Account Managers. Easy to connect with others and keep everyone up to date with integration to your Gmail or email account. Good user interface and once you figure it out it is easy to navigate. Love the resume parsing feature, this alone is priceless.

Using Bullhorn ATS & CRM

15 - We use it for organization of the workflow processes from Account Management to Talent Acquisition to Management
I am unsure of the answer to this question because I am not an administrator at my current company.

I do not see us changing at this time because this ATS and CRM give us everything we are looking for. Even when we have explored other options they have not worked as well for us as Bullhorn does.
