Overall Satisfaction with Calendly

I believe a lot of us use it, but mostly in sales we use it to manage quick question calls - we give our available call times and offer our prospects a special block for their questions. It helps us keep track of a prospect that only has a little window of time available to chat.

Pros

  • Blocks off time on your calendar that the client has open.
  • Syncs with Google cal.

Cons

  • More reminders.
  • Specific details needed to make appt.
  • Meeting specific time requests for clients/prospects.
  • Staying organized an on track.
There was a time where I needed to learn to not only navigate Calendly, but add specific time slot appointments and types, and receive the notifications and it syncing to my other calendars as well - support was there to walk me through every step that I needed to ensure I could meet the clients' needs.

Our clients in our line of work have very busy schedules, so it's helped us find time that works for both of us that we can take to answer their questions and be sure that we were able to help at their leisure. I think that they also like the flexibility it offers.
