Overall Satisfaction with CallFire
We have hundreds of numbers with CallFire across multiple accounts both in house and customer direct. We use the lines for call tracking as well as having geo specific numbers in regions where we don't have a native number. We sometimes also use the call recording feature to prove the value of our services to our customers.

- Some area codes are missing.
- Support is really good but could be faster.

- CallFire is our main call tracking/call recording vendor, we use it to prove the value of our services to our customers.
