CallRail primarily used by the sales team to track metrics for inbound calls for Google ads

  • Records the call
  • Shows graphical results
  • Tech support
  • The onboarding process is a bit clumsy
  • More detailed graphs of call flow
  • Tracking the amount of calls
  • Testing for google ads
  • Being able to use different phone numbers
  • Increased efficiency for sure
  • Proper budgeting verification for Google ads
  • Understanding the importance of inbound call behavior from prospects
We didn't really research any other products like CallRail, as they were recommended by our Google ads consultant

In these days of so many spam calls, I think having something like CallRail is very important because it can help you weed through those type of calls and not waste time
