Overall Satisfaction with Canto

Our company is global, and sharing assets across all of our teams in different languages is absolutely necessary. Canto allows us to do that very easily by allowing team members like myself to log in and see all assets that have been created, and allows those assets to be tagged and sectioned out into separate categories by asset type, file type, and language.
  • Simple to use.
  • Works in browser + desktop.
  • Previews Adobe native files.
  • UI isn't great.
  • Relatively simple solution — there are more in-depth solutions out there.
  • Cohesion across our business.
  • Allows sharing of files internally very quickly.
  • Very helpful when acquiring new companies that need to onboard to the new brand.
  • Gives one source of truth when sharing files.
I have not personally used the support services from Canto.

Yes

Canto is lightweight and simple to use, so it is very scalable across the business. It's relatively simple to set up as well, and is not a complication solution to onboard your users into. That being said, there are others tools out there with more functionalities and integrations that may prove more useful to a business looking for something more tailored or robust.
