Overall Satisfaction with Canto

We originally purchased Canto for our marketing department but since seeing the capabilities of the program we are launching it to all departments within our company.
  • Tagging and search function takes hours of wasted work away.
  • Collections section is a Godsend.
  • Sharing function is easy in just a few clicks.
  • Sorting function could be better.
  • Would like a flip-through images function in the Collection section.
  • ROI for marketing department would be work hours saved searching for photos/assets.
  • 30 years of photography to filter through on a very dated system
Great customer service even with having different support admins set to our account.
I would give it a 10 if we didn't have trouble with downloading videos.

Storing, finding, and collecting assets are the best functions of this product. And the less appropriate would be using it as a sales tool to walk someone through the process. You can flip through albums (i.e. making the images large and then flipping through).
