Overall Satisfaction with Canto

We use Canto across our entire organization of six core staff and over 200 volunteers. In addition, we use it with our partner organizations and vendors.
  • Face recognition to quickly find agent, staff, volunteer, etc.
  • When a child passes away we send a thumb drive in a beautiful box to the parents that includes all photos and video we have of the child.
  • Sharing photo and video files with our sponsors, video production vendors and other partners.
  • One DAM Base saves us all time and effort searching for “that one photo” we saw once. We all upload, share and have access to all photo assets.
  • MIB Agents Media will be available as a legacy for all time, not just for current stewards of the org.
  • Seems they think of everything.
  • It has streamlined our digital media, which streamlines our use of time, which in turn, has a profound impact on ROI.
They give comprehensive training for the platform at the outset. Beyond that, they are responsive and available.

Great!
However, if I have not been using Canto for a few weeks, I might forget how to do something I learned earlier.
Extremely useful for finding photos of things and people across our vast library of photo and video media.
I cannot think of a scenario where it would not be useful.
