Overall Satisfaction with Canva
Canva is used primarily across the marketing department to make professional looking presentations and flyers to advertise new products, create an informative presentation, or create a flyer for an invite. It's incredibly easy to use Canva and the UI is super clean. I also love how you can create teams within the program which makes it super easy to share materials with different groups of people you're working on a project with. The templates are also a great feature because if you're someone who isn't great at design or wants a template to work off of because you're strapped for time they're beautifully put together.

- Have had issues with changes/saves syncing
- You have to pay if you want upgraded features, but honestly the free version itself (depending on what you need the program for) are awesome and should be sufficient for the average person

- Piktochart
I think both these programs are fairly similar. Piktochart is definitley better for infographics where as Canva has a wider range of materials you can select from.
