Overall Satisfaction with CardConnect

We use CardConnect as our POS and online CC processor for our medi spa. It allows us to easily charge patients in person and also who call in over the phone.
  • Online user interface for charging.
  • Reporting
  • Setting up custom pre made billing packages.
  • Does not integrate well with my current EMR.
  • Significant manual labor involved with copying charges from CardConnect into EMR.
  • Sometimes will allow charges that don’t associate purchased products clearly enough resulting in more manual lookups and even misappropriated charges.
  • Reliable POS system
  • Online portal for taking and managing payments
  • Online reporting features
  • Positive ROI in terms of allowing us to charge more efficiently.
  • Negative ROI due to manual labor involved with entering Cc payments into our EMR due to lack of integration.
  • Stripe
We are considering moving to stripe soon. We find their POS to be comparable but their online processing features are integrated with far more platforms.

Well suited for lower volume businesses or businesses or get have a CRM or EMR that integrates with CardConnect so the data seamlessly flows into the main customer database. For this reason, we are switching to a POS that integrates with our EMR which will significantly streamline our billing processes.
