Overall Satisfaction with Ceipal ATS

We are using an ATS to hire candidates. Mass email is the best thing on this application. Some of the critical roles candidates are not addressing on this ATS. If they add them accordingly, it will be very useful for us. We used to search for the perfect candidates and give them an opportunity.

Pros

  • Email Merge or Mass email.
  • An option like visa status, and years of experience filtering reduces the time to get the profile soon.
  • Tracking Applicants.

Cons

  • On integrated search, we weren't able to filter the work Status and experience in Monster.
  • It really helped us to save so much of cost, where we used to lose lots of money on paid job portals.
Not integrated Ceipal ATS with any other products
Facilitates easy communication with multiple candidates at once, keeping them informed and engaged.
I've not used optional applications other than Ciepal.

Easy-to-use and user-friendly interface. Sometimes, we will find 2-3 different reports that slightly differ from each other for the same data.
