They spent a lot of time helping us in our journey with process mining. They assist on every level, both on a technical implementation side, operational performance, as well as organizational structure. We are using the Cloud version, which means we get early access to all new functions, and there are many being developed, all equally impressive. Our company is currently moving to Real-Time connectors that will allow accessing frequently changed data in real-time and I absolutely love this feature!
