Overall Satisfaction with Celonis

The organization is using them for Salesforce case management regarding queries for the Billing and Collections team. The rollout spanned the entire department and is used mostly by managers to direct workflow and find inefficiencies to reduce SLA breaches and cycle times.

Cons

  • Dashboarding has some limitations.
  • Automated bursting of some reports.
  • Automated notifications to prevent breaches.
  • Standardize expected resolution dates.

I think the product is the future and while the use case in my current company is in the initial stages for a small segment, expanding to larger functions will be where the company can experience more opportunities for improvement.
