Overall Satisfaction with Celonis
In my organization, Celonis is used in many departments, but not all. Mainly Process Analytics [is] used. So there are many chances to improve the throughput time or the payment limits. The department leader can analyze where their employees have too much work and need some help or which communication path should work better. I work with the Studio and the Action Engine. [Unfortunately] there are errors that can only be fixed by Celonis. I am responsible for automation. Our job is to carry out SAP transactions via the Celonis. The cooperation with SAP works well, but it is a lot of work to get revision-proof authorizations for Celonis.

Celonis improves the digital transformation because you can map processes without having to conduct interviews in the specialist departments. You can recognize deficits and with a few clicks, you know who is doing what, when, and how often. This results in new action scenarios and ideas for automation. Here too, Celonis can help. With the action engine and the studio, it is possible to build automation from the process data. In this way, undesired workflow activities can be reduced among employees, as they work with Celonis and thus, for example, execute the SAP transactions with just one click.
