Overall Satisfaction with Celonis
Used mainly for transparency of the whole cycle time of various processes, identify inefficiencies, pain points, and who/what is causing them.
- Identification of wrongly calculated credit notes to their customers.
- Identification of paid too early invoices and the working capital impact of it.
- Identification of the double paid invoices.
- More functionality in Transformation Center (splits per customized fields, possibility to split the KPI by more than one dimension).
- More functionality on notifications per email (e.g. based on the OLAP table in the analysis).
- In Action Engine, have the possibility to send an email with the information of "details" of the signal, not only the information that is written in the signal itself.
- Sometimes the end users are not motivated to use Celonis.
Power BI doesn't have a full visibility on the process.
