Overall Satisfaction with Celonis
Celonis is being used almost across the entire enterprise. It is being used for process mining and analytics although the hope is to expand it to also use it for process automation. It is hoping to address many business problems and opportunities. Currently, it is addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies in Order to Cash.

- We are over half a million in benefit so far with just one business segment and only a handful of use cases.
Celonis is helping us to stand up for our COE and to outline how it should operate in order to be successful. Celonis has shared with us pitfalls that other COEs have run into and how to avoid them. I definitely feel supported by the Celonis team on every step of this digital transformation journey.
