Overall Satisfaction with Celonis
Mostly only used in P2P and AP, also O2C and AR. Often the implementation is driven by the purchasing department and financial departments are involved later on. However, some companies use the Celonis to also gain insights into a variety of non-financial processes.
- New PQL editor.
- Real time extract.
- Performance (especially EU-3).
- Combining fields from tables‚ far apart in the data model in one Celonis Table.
- Action engine/flow usability.
- Duplicate invoices.
- Payment terms.
- BANF changes.
Uncovering of low automation rates give way to support digitalization in those areas.
