Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Process analytics of O2C process and automation of workflows where customer service, planning, sales, and product management are involved. The goal is to eliminate waste in the process, e.g. unwanted activities, repetition of process steps, or manual monitoring of transactions in the system. Currently expanding the tool to other processes as well like Purchase2Pay, Plan2Produce, and AP/AR.

Great for data-based decision-making and monitoring of the effect of optimization measures taken. However, be patient as success will not come overnight and it might take several months before your users will get used to a new way of working. If you have a workforce reluctant to change it will be hard to onboard them. Choose the product owner wisely and make sure you have enough resources to communicate and train.
