  • Do not know yet. Benefits estimated around 1 million for first year
Nothing like Celonis. I've used Business Intelligence to create the dashboard, but it's not as automated.

I think Celonis is a great automated tool to support different areas of [the] company to define improvements in the process. Unfortunately, there are some areas that the benefits are not clearly defined and there is a need for a longer period of benefits realization to convince key stakeholders. I would propose longer implementation time and value creation & benefits realization.
