Overall Satisfaction with Celonis
My team and I had the idea to establish BPM with Celonis for suitable local processes. We've just started a pilot (thanks to the US team which has activated us a Celonis environment because they own the Celonis license) to check Celonis out. The Mars US team is using Celonis for global process solutions.

Celonis is more clear than MPA. In Celonis there are more tools included for individual setup the process the user would like to. Also with the platform Celopeers you have a touchpoint for your questions and issues. I've heard the software Celonis combined with BPM much more often than the solution of Microsoft.
I've got activated my testing environment very quickly from Celonis' side. Also, I had a meeting to double-check my permissions. Also, I got a quick introduction to the Software and the supporter was open to all questions. He could give me for all my questions a proper answer (Celopeers, contact person, screen sharing, etc.)
