Overall Satisfaction with Celonis
In our complex core business process dealing with debt collection, we use Celonis to visualize and measure a high variety of process variations in order to improve customer experience, overall efficiency, and performance. In a custom process implementation, we focus on improving individual communication, internal decision algorithms, and benchmark KPIs to optimize and derive new communication strategies.

We use Celonis to generate insights on consumer behavior and communication strategies in a multi-channel communication process. The insights allow a conscious utilization of digital channels and speed up interactions. By defining appropriate sets of new E2E process KPIs, we are focusing the attention on strategic objectives which create better awareness for common goals.
