Overall Satisfaction with Celonis
We have been implementing Celonis for several of our clients. We are currently working on building out our practice, so we are developing Sales Demos for our existing clients to prove the value of implementing Celonis.
- Easy user interface when it comes to integrating data
- Excellent training and support for new implementers
- Robust analytics that are visually appealing to client
- Service desk is vague and not helpful until it is escalated
- Documentation available on the web needs to be more robust.. more blogs, discussions, etc
