We measure operators' performance and whether they are working for tasks they are assigned to with Celonis.
- fast
- flexible with data modification. (data pool can be edited directly)
- constant development of features
- many bugs
- missing functionalities which are normally equipped in other BI tools
- there is no connectivity among different assets especially action flows in terms of scheduling
- there is more visibility in processes which saved time of process managers
I think the basic documentation is sufficient.
But if I need to more in depth, it's hard to understand only with the free documentation.
Celonis support is also not enough and it's always the case that we need to reach out to consultants.
