Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The complexity of our
processes and the amount of data we work within our daily business is
constantly growing. The existing solutions alone are not enough to give us
insights into our processes with the necessary level of detail. Therefore, we
implemented Celonis for our P2P and AP process to create transparency about our
processes and KPIs. This enables us to expand our data basis and strengthen
fact-based decisions.

Celonis provides us quickly with user-friendly and very detailed
information about our processes and KPIs, which we can then analyze down to the
individual case. This transparency creates a basis for fact-based
decision-making. However, it takes a lot of time and resources to add value.
