Transparency, new perspectives and many possibilities

The complexity of our
processes and the amount of data we work within our daily business is
constantly growing. The existing solutions alone are not enough to give us
insights into our processes with the necessary level of detail. Therefore, we
implemented Celonis for our P2P and AP process to create transparency about our
processes and KPIs. This enables us to expand our data basis and strengthen
fact-based decisions.

The information provided by Celonis is very helpful when it comes to the further development and possibilities of process mining. In addition to the extensive training courses that can be held in the Academy, the network with Celonis is also an enriching factor. In the endeavor to anchor Process Mining effectively, the exchange within the acquired network of Process Mining enthusiasts helps to obtain additional perspectives on the product and the possibilities.

Celonis provides us with a new way of looking at our processes. By seeing the processes from start to finish, we can better assess the
connections between a large number of activities and thus use this
information to also support collaboration between stakeholders.
