Overall Satisfaction with Celonis
The scope of our use case with Celonis involves five core processes across three companies. Currently, we have process management and optimization teams but struggle to prioritize and sometimes to cooperate across silos. We want to leverage Process Mining, especially OCPM, to find the real bottlenecks and problems within our processes and departments.

- An intelligent tool for process documentation (creation/update)

In general, people within the organization who work with Celonis have to enroll in the academy's online courses. We see this as a great starting point for familiarizing ourselves with the topic and future tasks. Training sessions with hands-on experience, however, have a greater effect a lot of the time.
