Overall Satisfaction with Celonis
We have introduced Celonis in our organization more than one year. Until now we have realized four solutions about customer operations. we use this tool to monitor our processes and find any anomalies so as to ensure continuous improvement. Finally, we found it very helpful to be able to set up automatic alerts

Cons
- Is not so user-friendly
- identify process anomalies
- monitor any delays
- effectively manage anomalies
the material shared with us is very well done but perhaps comes across as too scattered. In addition, there is no Italian version, and this has certainly limited its use
