Ceridian Dayforce is being used globally across the entire organization for self-service for employees and managers, payroll, HR, time tracking, time off, reporting HCM, etc., and we absolutely love it!! The workflows make life easier for processes, the roles for security and self-service features are a life saver.

- The approval process of manual entries. We use this for restricted stock vesting and having to manually approve every single entry one by one needs to be fixed

Honestly we are a true global company and the hire to retire doesn’t work well for a truly global company. If we change pay groups from consultant to US or US to UK when reporting the former pay group drops out on records.
