Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Ceridian is being used across the company in our retail locations, distribution centers, and corporate offices. It solves the problem of manual schedules and timesheets in corporate and DCs and solves for the various different solutions that we were using by being one platform.
  • Innovative - always seeking to improve and get user feedback
  • Support - provides support as needed for any issues or questions
  • engaging - provide customers the opportunity to weigh in on new features and products to get end user point of view
  • Communication - It can be lacking, especially from the implementation team.
  • Role based functionality - puts some limits on what can be done.
  • reporting - we have had to build many custom reports
  • Increased compliance
  • Self-service is a big win for employees
  • Mobile is a big solution for getting schedules particularly for PTE’s
  • Reduced use of paper
Helps control scheduling compliance and meal breaks
Has made it much easier especially for our field district managers to see employee information that they would have to reach out to HR for
Well suited for scheduling and timesheets.
