We utilized Dayforce HCM for payroll, benefits, onboarding, recruiting, benefit file feeds, LMS file feeds, performance management system file feeds, gl.
Our system is utilized by all users in one manner or another.

- Ceridian is great at updating their products.
- They are expanding their support staff.
- Ceridian updates/upgrades their product without proper support too often.
- Trainings are not thorough enough and there is no customer specific training available.
- Reporting is too technical . Not being able to call upon exact field names in reporting is hinderous.

We have seen some deficiencies between our old system and Dayforce.
We like having a one stop shop for most of what we're using but there are still improvements to be made.
