Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Our company relied on Dayforce as our HR hub, managing payroll, PTO requests, and more. While the interface isn't as intuitive or as nicely designed as I might have liked, Dayforce got the job done and kept files and benefit elections organized. We also appreciated Dayforce's integration into the Office 365 ecosystem.

  • Reduced paperwork tremendously.
  • Provided a self-service portal for employees to access their critical employment information.
  • Historical data on employee compensation is very helpful.
While again, the user experience isn't perfect, the fact that employees and HR can manage all HR-related tasks in one spot, not having to switch between applications, is huge. It keeps our operations streamlined and ensures that no one is confused when it comes to payroll, PTO, benefit elections, and so much more.
For enterprise organizations, Dayforce holds up under scrutiny. It provides a paper trail that's useful and detailed. It does require an investment of resources to configure properly so be aware of your needs both now and in the future if you look to scale. At the end of the day, it allows us to ensure efficient payroll, benefits, and time tracking.
