Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
Our company relied on Dayforce as our HR hub, managing payroll, PTO requests, and more. While the interface isn't as intuitive or as nicely designed as I might have liked, Dayforce got the job done and kept files and benefit elections organized. We also appreciated Dayforce's integration into the Office 365 ecosystem.

Dayforce allows us to remain compliant with state-specific tax withholding. As a predominantly remote organization with employees in nearly all the states across the U.S., we needed a simpler way to manage withholdings. We also implemented a new overtime policy, and the settings within the system ensure that our hourly workers are honoring that policy.
We love that Dayforce houses all our employee data. While the user experience isn't absolutely ideal, the fact that we can provide one central place for all HR related tasks is a huge value add, both to the HR team, as well as the rest of the employees within the organization. As a manager, it gives me the ability to quickly identify compensation history, PTO requests, and more for each of my direct reports.
While again, the user experience isn't perfect, the fact that employees and HR can manage all HR-related tasks in one spot, not having to switch between applications, is huge. It keeps our operations streamlined and ensures that no one is confused when it comes to payroll, PTO, benefit elections, and so much more.
