Across the whole organization, we currently utilize Dayforce for time and attendance, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, year-end reporting, performance, HR, and reporting. Dayforce helps combine all these services into 1 system, while we were previously using more than 10 different SAAS solutions. Dayforce support was and is a key element of our success of using the system.
- Dashboards - This module collects all your data and puts them into charts/graphs for the higher ups.
- Reporting - Scheduling, customizing, and using existing templates has been a great tool for us to forecast for our onboarding department and HR.
- Roles - This determines the access level from your front line staff to your executive team. Enabling features is much easier to configure.

Dayforce helps enforce overtime policies and PTO accrual.
Dayforce reduced the number of interactions with other SAAS vendors and return, lowered the number of requests for password resets.
This allowed data to easily flow into custom and scheduled reports for all departments to view and plan.
