Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Ceridian Dayforce is our sole HR Information System and data house. It is populated with all data information for employees. It is used to populate all kinds of reports, such as turnover, site by site information, regional information, etc.
  • Reporting.
  • Extremely user-friendly interface.
  • Configuration.
  • Support services.
  • All-encompassing reports.
We have been able to implement many policies, such as state-specific policies, so our employees can stay compliant.
The interface and configuration are much easier to work with in Dayforce than in any other HCM system I have worked with.
Because it is so easily navigated, Ceridian is great for new users, whether they are good with technology or not. We have recently started to implement the onboarding module, and it is a great tool for new employees at our company to utilize both Dayforce and learn about our company.
