Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Ceridian is used across the entire organization. We utilize the recruiting, onboarding, HR and Payroll modules.

Pros

  • Extensive functionality
  • Customizable reporting
  • Integrated background check, I9, and eVerify

Cons

  • Some portions of Dayforce could be more user-friendly.
  • Increased savings and productivity after we implemented the recruiting and onboarding modules.
It's fantastic to have a variety of modules in a single application.
Ceridian Dayforce has extensive functionality, and the ability to store a variety of data points. This means the reporting options are more comprehensive.
