Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Dayforce is currently used firmwide as a personnel info/self service tool, WFM, open enrollment, onboarding and recruiting. Dayforce has allowed for us to automate several of our processes to significantly decrease the amount of manual hours of work is needed to take place.
  • Highly captures a large amount of information.
  • Highly intuitive if all rules are set
  • Has several offerings for different areas
  • Too costly
  • Not enough time spent with customer service
  • Luck of draw of who you get with customer service and if they know the area to be able to assist.
  • ROI regarding WFM implemented - time savings of manual process
  • Forecasted high ROI wWith enhancing automated process for Recruiting module
State specific pay laws
OT calculations
Ease of navigation to compare salaries to determine future employment compensation
Unfortunately, Dayforce doesn’t speak to our pre-existing HRIS
  • Making manual processes less time consuming.
  • Onboarding - pre hire is a great welcome to the company
  • Need to spend time building out each module to its fullest capabilities during implementation.

Changing a rule in WFM, speaking with a very knowledgBle customer service employee who was able to walk us through all steps without costing an additional fee.
