Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We use Dayforce as our employee database of records for recruiting, time management and data management of the employee life cycle. It provides us metrics around HR business processes to help us automate and create a better employee experience.
  • Holds the employee life cycle
  • Reporting
  • Data upload is clunky
  • Time management is over complicated for end user
  • More configuration flexibility for HR procedures
Currently reviewing how to implement and the tracking in HR policy is not sufficient to track policy completion
Single use creates efficiency and more robust reporting
Definitely an enterprise solution.
