Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Dayforce is used across our entire organization and allows us to have all HR systems within a single platform.

Ceridian has allowed us to automate pay policies.
This has not impacted our ability as of yet but we are only in our first year on Dayforce are are definitely looking forward to the Analytics.
Our previous provider was an all in one (for the most part) with the exception of timesheets and the LMS. Dayforce Learning has some work to do but we definitely see it being a great product in the near future. Having timesheets integrated into Dayforce has allowed us to process more quickly and accurately.
Dayforce has allowed us to have a single platform that allows our employees to be able to access all of their personal and work information in one place. It is easy to use from all levels including the employee, manager and admin.
